Joshua Delcore has dedicated himself to the improvement of computers and the people who use them. He believes in helping anybody who asks. He continues his studies and has a goal of being certified to the highest degree in both Microsoft's MCSE and Cisco's CCIE programs, which are both considered the ultimate in computer certifications/knowledge.
