A+ Certification

My A+ certification will allow me to help with any general computer related questions. I can repair/diagnose most hardware and software problems. If I cant fix it then I can help you get it to the manufacture to fix it or have them send you a new one if its under warranty. If this does not work then I can recommend more options to help you get on your feet again.

Network+ Certification

My certification in Networking allows me to help with home & small office network questions. For example I can help you set up your wireless network, make sure it is compatible to other devices and keep it all secure and running fast.

Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)

I have completed the official Microsoft XP certification that has given me the title of MCP. This is a more advanced form of the A+ exam and gives me the ability to help with almost all issues relating to Microsofts XP operating system. If you need help installing XP, repairing XP, tweaking XP, backing up XP, recovering XP or many other issues that may arise I will be able to help you.

Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

This certification is a very advanced certification in networking! This is more for small, medium and large companies who might need help with their Cisco networking devices. I can help with general questions about anything that has to do with
Cisco equipment or at least point you in the right direction.
